This Willms is SINGING! Waxy stone fruit, peach and mineral, a Willms that “punches well above its weight!” Clean and slatey, Willms leads off with a very complex mix of yellow florals with slightly slatey honeyed fruit - Honeyed Rock! The mouthfeel is long and lanolin. Yellow plums, waxy lemon-oil, lacey-light and surprisingly chalky on the mineral finish! Honoured to witness the way the local terroir is expressed through these old, old survivors.
