The nose is enigmatic: a dark petrichor or dusty-slatey-mineral-stone-becomes-lemon confit. Cuesta really resembles Wismer-Foxcroft, with a darker minerality and perhaps a more focused mouthfeel, with some dusty saline notes, and an inviting sea salinity. All the focus, but just a little more voluptuous in 2023. What's not to love?
