Across the headland, just 20 metres north of the Wismer-Parke Wild West End, lies the Hanck Vineyard, on demonstrably whiter soil. Here, we still taste the signature meaty flavours of the Vineland Bench, but in a much more approachable, sophisticated, regal way. Hanck is one of the most unique terroirs in all of Niagara! It possesses a class and elegance of black raspberries and black cherry,  minty-edged rose petal intensity, and a very fine forest floor raspberry finesse. Regal with just a touch of red meatiness; this has a real salty minerality, and a spiced anise finish! Grand Vin! Very long, and long in finesse as well.
