It is made in tiny quantities from the eastern side of the Kirby vineyard, down on Line 1, east of Niagara Stone Road, just at the entrance of the Old Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWhile still displaying some of the classic traits of Kirby Cru, which is from the west side of the vineyard, the eastern side of Kirby appears to give us something more seduction-forward – at once more perfumed and yet delicate also. On the nose, we find the Kirby signature enticing dark fruit with a perfume that is velvety, plush, and delicious. It finishes with thrilling, lightly herbal raspberry notes. Issu du côté est du vignoble (qui se trouve sur Line 1, juste à l'est de Niagara Stone Road à l’entrée du vieux village de Niagara-on-the-Lake), il mette en évidence des traits de son grand frère Kirby qui parviennent de l’ouest du vignoble. La côté est de Kirby nous donne quelque chose plus séducteur, plus parfumé et un peu plus délicat. Au nez, on retrouve la signature de Kirby, cette fruit mûr noir foncé alléchant – avec un parfum qui signifie une texture en bouche qui se rappelle la soie de velours.
